Monocultivar Biancolilla

The Monocultivar Biancolilla extra virgin olive oil is characterized by a medium to light green fruit, with hints of herbs and mild feelings of almond and fresh tomato. Its color is golden yellow with green reflections. The product is cold pressed and unfiltered. It is a gentle and delicate product, as the bitter and spicy hints disappear short after pressing.

Combining food: sauces, fresh fish, grilled meat, fresh cheese, raw on hors d'oeuvres, soups, beef carpaccio, salads, steamed shellfish, creamed vegetables, fried fish.
